A highly skilled Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS), and Quality Management professional with over 14 years of international experience in implementing and overseeing quality, environment, sustainability, and compliance systems. Daniel possesses a robust background in Quality and EHS management, with MBAs in both Investments & Private Banking and Management and Entrepreneur & Marketing. Daniel has also complemented a degree in quality management as well as a technical degree in waste management. He brings extensive expertise in process analysis, root cause investigation, and the creation of preventive and corrective strategies to drive continuous improvement in any the field.
Daniels experience spans the development, implementation and management of various compliance systems aligned with ISO 9001& 14001 and LWG standards, with a focus on sustainability, waste reduction, and operational efficiency. He is known for his proficiency in conducting internal and external audits.
In China whilst working for one of the giants of the leather industry, Daniel developed an EHS management system based on ISO STD, implemented an APO treatment system in the ETP after considerable international research. In Vietnam he had implemented a quality management system whilst supporting a tannery through its LWG certification.
Daniel has built strong relationships with global stakeholders, managed complex quality and EHS systems and significantly improved customer satisfaction metrics through process standardization, lean manufacturing, environmental compliance and innovative quality initiatives.
